New Cinema TOKAGE


大阪でデモ制作を行っていた舩木基有(Vo.)と岩井勇一郎(Gt.)を中心に、脇田啓行(Ba.)、車谷啓介(Dr.)が加わって結成された 4ピースバンド。98年10月、アナログ7インチ「360°」をインディーズレーベルGarage Indies Zapping Associationよりリリースすると、限定1000枚プレスが2週間で完売。翌99年2月には、シングル「Smashing the good! Smashing the bad!」でメジャーデビュー。これまでにインディーズで3作、メジャーで、11枚のシングルと2枚のアルバムをリリースしている。メンバー個人でも楽曲提供やテレビ番組のパーソナリティーを務めるなど幅広く活動する一方で、全国ツアーなど、バンドとしての活動も積極的に行っていたが、02年8月、解散を発表。
